Core Programs:
The programs here help all employees integrate and grow in the Glenmark
Culture. These programs create a common thread of association and
assist each individual in becoming one with the organization. Induction
programs form the basis of the core program and everyone who becomes
a part of the Glenmark Family undergoes an intensive induction program.
Functional Programs:
These programs are focused towards developing individual skills as
per the function and department need such as finance for non-finance
managers, negotiation skills, presentation skills for sales etc.
Domain Programs:
Knowledge inputs pertaining to your job and the knowledge levels required
for the next level are addressed through these programs. E.g. Export
procedures, VAT, process automation, intellectual property rights,
technical trainings in pharma and medicine etc.
Self and People Development:
Striving to develop more realized self, team member & leader
for taking the ever increasing business challenges and growth

GCLD is particularly characterized with
a state of the art Instructional design methodology that ensures that
the learning is optimal and in the healthiest environment. A plethora
of modes are used to create a blended learning medium to optimize
all resources. Along with classroom trainings there are outbound programs
for experiential learning, self based learning programs and e-learning
is next in line.
