Glenmark's MT program aims to attract the best Talents from India's Premier B-Schools. The Management Trainee program is of two types:-

Summer Internship:
Focused at providing real time business scenario to the management students during the two month's summer projects. The students will get an opportunity to interact with some of the best brains in the industry across all functions.Glenmark's summer internship program gives an opportunity to work at both international and domestic levels. In the past, interns have been involved in projects of organizational importance.

Management Trainee Program:
Glenmark's MT program is designed for individuals who join us from the best Management Institute's across the country. The management trainee programs revolve around giving a holistic over view of the company, industry and business in general. The trainees are made to go through product training, sales projects, cross functional inputs, international assignments, out bound training etc.
